Our Story:
Endeavor Real Estate was born from our client's needs to capitalize on the opportunities that the real estate bust of 2007-2008 created. When our primary business of providing real estate and mortgage related services declined as a result of teh market crash, the number of clients who were interested in investing and picking up "good deals" sky rocketed. As a result, we began to shift or focus to sourcing and structuring deals for our investment clients. Although we still provide traditional real estate agency services, we concentrate on servicing investor clients. We have become very adept at identifying and structuring investment transactions for our clients. We've learned that every investor has different investment objectives, circumstances and aversion to risk. As a result, we tailor an investment strategy to each investors needs. Aaron was born and raised in Southern California and comes from a real estate family. Aaron went to Cornell University where he graduated with honors in Industrial and Labor Relations and garnered the Varsity Football Team’s MVP award. Aaron also received a full fellowship to get his MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio where he concentrated in marketing and finance. Aaron has been a California licensed real estate broker for over 15 years and has helped hundreds of investor and retail clients with their real estate, mortgage, and financial services needs. Aaron is the founder of Endeavor Real Estate, a real estate investment brokerage focused on serving its investor clients with unique investor centric solutions to help them reach their investment goals. His colleagues recognize Aaron for his “out of the box” thinking and his innate ability to create a deal where others have failed. He has successfully completed numerous transactions using various investment strategies including wholesaling, fix & flip, buy and hold, subject-to, lease option, land trusts, and syndications. Aaron is also a principal of Arrow Capital Group LLC, a real estate investment and consulting firm that leverages its extensive experience and creativity to provide superior value and returns to its investor clients through opportunity sourcing, deal structuring and financing. Aaron prides himself on being solutions oriented and creating optimal results for both retail and investor clients. Aaron continues to invest locally in the Southern California market on both quick turn projects and high yielding cash flow opportunities, often achieved through property repositioning. He also invests in other markets across the country for cash flow investments where he and his clients strive to generate at least double-digit returns. Aaron has a passion for educating and helping others through their real estate journeys and often provides advice and guidance to aspiring investors needing support. |
